Came across this Shell Spirax ATF. It says approved as an Allison TES 295 replacement. I also posted the listed approvals. Enjoy.

Very cool. Was unaware they made ATF. I love their products I’ll probably buy some if I come across it.
The jug is sitting on a shelf at my local Canadian Tire.
I see, thought it was in your garage. I should look for it in our stores. I've read good things about Shell Spirax gear oils ... iirc lasting up to 500K miles.
Can't be any older than late 2015, because I don't think SOPUS started using those style jugs until late 2015 or early 2016
Currently available at Canadian Tire and Napa Canada stores for the Canadian Bitoggers. Price is in CDN dollars.

Probably the TES-295 approval is what makes it special, just a guess though.
The "new"? Spirax S6 ATF is A668.

Allison tes 295 is the gold standard of HD ATF, it will almost never break down in use. I have poured this oil in on a duramax (customer supplied), and have also used citgo quatrasyn
Citgo gave a much better shift feel though. But if this shell product is filled into a passenger car, its the last atf it will ever need.

Don’t tempt me to try this in a Toyota T-IV application as well as a replacement for MaxLife and Red Line D6 for PSF.
