Yes , i agree there are some mistakes in the test which is something unacceptable.
I had seen the mistake in the HTX range and the only logical explanation that crossed my mind was that elf had changed the viscosity and kept the same names .
The HTX 830 in their web-site is listed as 10W40 but when you open the window to see the details of the product it appears to be 10W30.
Primus thanks for the advise my friend and don't worry i am not an easy fish to catch

I agree...it happened to a really nice guy i knew
three years ago and eventualy he married the girl.
He was/is meteorogist in the army(money and security) ,quite handsome ,23 years old, the perfect fish to catch for an average girl like her...when they want something really bad(women) you are in trouble..

He mentionned this in one of his posts. I have read all his posts on oil at www.board.performanceforums.com and www.wrx.com.au. In fact, very interesting info. The quy has made a good piece of work, just pity there are a few inexactitudes, and not only in this research, which can be hardly tolerable if the work or some comments are presented for public discussion. Nothing wrong with Mobil and or Elf ties, but think it's quite difficult to be fully impartial. Net values instead of system of points would allow to get more clear picture.
