does anyone know where to get it? Better if anyone around my area that knows the stores around here (for example I don't have Kragens etc.) Tried both my local Walmarts, don't have it. Pepboys doesn't carry the 5w20, and even the Shell stations don't.

if your looking into shell oil try another one of shells products such as pennzoil yellow bottle or quaker state green bottle, those are better oils

Same for the Targets around this area -- all the other FS multi-grades but no 5w-20. OTOH, our AZ stores have ALL the FS offerings, even the straight grade versions. Check your AZ.

If you ever go a little north to Canada, Formula Shell is sold as Canadian Tire's premium house brand, "Motomaster Formula 1". It is sold in grades ranging from 5W-20 to 20W-50, in both conventional and synthetic recipes. It frequently goes on sale at around $2.15/quart and is in abundant supply. If you aren't already in Canada for another reason though, it doesn't make much sense to make the cross the boarder journey for just the oil.

Yes, thanks for the info...unfortunately I live about 12 or more hours from Canada. Thanks everyone for the answers, no big deal, just wanted to try something new relatively cheap

I run the Shell or Chevron 5w20, whatever is on sale for .49 cents..the rebate experience can be iffy if you don't stay on top of them, don't put two rebated items on one form, keep it real simple..but anyway, I run these oils 7.5k and filter every other OCI so my changes are less than $3.50..good results my '97 CRV 147k and '03 Accord 88k owned since new use no oil, doesn't get any better than that.

I haven't seen the .49 cent sale recently, I see Checker has followed AutoZone and advertise the 5 qt.s and filter for $14..that's a bad deal..hope to see the .49 cent promos again..I keep about a years inventory to absorb these marketing blips..looks like a prudent approch.
