The Good Feet Store wanted about $250 for a pair of Orthodics, but they wants to sell you three pair. A friend had a custom made orthodic done much less than that. I went from not being able to walk more than 30 minutes due to pain to being pain free. For me it was life changing. If I do not wear them, especially on concrete, my heals become inflamed almost immediately.

I was positive that I had that. But the Internet Doc lied to me. This is the usual diagnosis for this type of problem but it is just as likely or even more likely to be a nerve running from the arch to the metatarsal. And correcting for Plantar Fasciitis may inflame the nerve further.

Well every one i went to the good feet store today and wow theyre expensive 319 for one arch support and then 55 for the insole for the entire shoe. I didn't go that route i ended up getting the doctor Scholls 430 supports so far they are very comfortable and seem to be helping. I hope these help long term.

Are you allowed to wear running shoes,sneakers,etc at your job? If so,buy a pair of Asics. They have AWESOME arch support,which imo is what's wrong with your feet. Find an Asics outlet store and try a few pair on. The good ones are probably $130-$150 a pair,but WELL worth it!
Yea, dude. Asics are the BOMB; it's all I wear. I wear them on dates! Gel Venture 4 is my shoe; my closet is stocked with them.
