It's amazing how much this place has grown since 2002! I joined in the first hour of the very first day this new forum opened (I was a contributor on Bob's previous message board, I know a few of you remember that old site)

I've been an oil geek for 45 years but only discovered BITOG a year ago. Did sign up last Jan. and have enjoyed this site very much.

Yep, me too, about 33 years.

I differ in that I was an oil "know it all" until I got here ..and it was about the same time span. It started about the day I bought my first 5 quarts of M1 5w-20 @$5.95/qt .. back around 1975.
