5K-8K OCI's with 7000 - I would have been surprised if it was dirty. As for measuring parts, well if we don't know actual starting dimensions it's difficult to determine wear.

Fun video.....if this was M1 someone would have mentioned the scoring in the "cam cages".

Outstanding! This really says a lot for this oil. For that many miles that motor looks really, really good. I have pulled some racing motors apart with less than a season on them that look worse.

Lot of difference between a professionally shot video and one taken from some ones camcorder (just referring to the quality of the production). Both had quality information.
