Listed below are my last four analysis results from Dyson Analysis and Holt Cat labs. The fifth analysis results are from Schaeffer's Lab.
2003 VW Golf TDI
Oil Schaeffer's #700 15w-40 blend
Miles on Engine 10246 20305 30211 44750 49900
Miles on oil 4770 10059 9906 12300 5150
additives none -none - LC - LC - LC
fuel treat SS / SS / SS&FP / FP / FP
Filters air/oil oem / oem / oem / Mann / Mann
Note: SS = SoyShield FP = Fuel Power LC = Lube Control. 14 ozs were added to the crankcase at 1oz per thousand.
Modifications: EGR adjustment, CCV oil separator, Cat fuel filter added 10000 miles into the period.
Holt Cat: Has no comment.
I took this sample to check the lead level and the previous sample seems to be contaminated as Terry speculated.
The FP and LC seem to be doing what they promise.
Comments or observations?
Corrected Calcium reading in last UOA,Tony
lined-up the horses a little,mark
