Just bought some of this and wonder how much to add to oil. The bottle says 16 ounces to 4 or 5 qts of oil. Seems like a lot of Moly.

Is it advisable to add this much?

Is there any advantage to adding this to a Schaeffers oil which already has a good amount of Moly?

There really is no need to add this to Schaeffer's oils.

When adding it to other oils, MoleKule has recommended using half a bottle to about a 4-5qt capacity I believe.

The #132 has only about 25 ppm of moly.

The main advantage to using 132 is the "penetro" additive and the Antimony, which is about 65 ppm.

The Antimony and the penetro provide extra anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion capabilities. Current Schaeffer's formulations already contain the above additives in addition to the 170 ppm moly per quart.
