Scared of Mobil 1??

OK, it's time to put this one to pasture. I've waited for days for someone to come up with some valid information to show a performance problem with Mobil-1, and still have yet to see anything close. Linking over and over to pictures of the same dirty engine that somebody else posted on the internet simply does not count. We have no way of what really happened with that engine, or why.
Feel free to debate the quality, makeup, and performance of any oil here, including any Exxon-Mobil product. Especially when you have your own observations or information (or have some information to establish the quality of facts). On the other hand, when a discussion is framed in such emotional, subjective terms (as in being "scared of Mobil-1"), and there's little real information included, well, sooner or later, such threads are going to be terminated.
At this point, while there has been some chuckle-worth humor involved, I have yet to see any form of real information drawn out in this thread. I conclude: 1) there is no reason to "be scared of Mobil-1", and 2) it's time close this one.
