I have no idea about local prices, but it is a decent Group II Blend which is an oil mixed with other base oils of higher groups in which those higher groups are at low levels.

When NAPA Blend 5W30 goes “on sale” for $3.29 a quart I think that is best deal around. Just gotta keep an eye out for the sales in your area.

If you're buying small amounts they're probably not the cheapest.
Safty-kleen price seems to vary a lot by location.
Your best bet for a cheaper 5w-30 is going to likely be Walmart super tech for around $14 gallon.
