I agree chemicals can only work were they can go for the most part, so common sense says in those applications a different process will be needed. I don't know how that targets a specific chemical to be singled out as being innefective.

I'm still very new to this - this is the first forum I've participated in . I just realized we can change our post heading and just did so .
At this point , on this Avanti , using the provided information its premature to figure any chemical into the equation . No value judgement on RMI intended either way - which is why I changed my post heading .
