My coworker tires looking kinda low on air . Being a car guy I told her that her tires need some air . Checking her tires pressure . I note the tires rotation is wrong direction ! I told her what happens and she say . She take in for oil change and free tires rotation that 5 month ago . I don't know that would do any damage to anything but I told her that bring the car back to pepboy and told them to fix the tires rotation . Rear right to rear left . Rear left to rear rights. She might get free oil change

Nice work, doubt it would "hurt" the tire. But accelerated treadwear, reduced grip, and increased tire noise are likely.

Nothing to worry about. Tirerack tested the wrong rotation on both wet and dry roads, no performance different on dry and a little less on wet.

IIRC they didn't test every tire; her wet traction could be severely compromised.

My experince is that directional tires running the wrong way only have wet (and snow) traction issues at the time they are doing that. Once corrected, no long term affect.
