Cheap tires for a beater Subaru?

215/65R16. Same size as the second generation Toyota Sienna 16” option, second generations CR-Vs and base Mustangs with the 4.0L Cologne/3.7L Cyclone V6s. I checked for a set of used tires off eBay in that size. It’s almost a wash.

I think the shop used Blue Devil or Bar’s Leak. It’s one of those that doesn’t require draining out all the glycol/water mix.

Fortune Climaflex 4S FSR402 (also made by Prinx, likely the same as the Prinx 4S)

The Hankook 4S2 is $96

I put a new set of Westlake tires on my commuter for right around $300. I think they're great tires for the price. You can get them at most Walmart tire centers or Discount Tire. I got them on sale for $64 each, plus got military discount on the installation.

I have seen that 076 on a few different brands.. Like you said it's General Tire Tech which is a subsidiary of these guys here : https://en.ty-tyre.com/about/company-profile/

The new Sailun operation in Cambodia is always dot 05Y which is "Cart Tire" which is a subsidiary of Sailun.
