I don't hate RP, I just don't see the point for myself.
It is expensive, and harder to find than standard OTC oils.
A bottle of Quaker State or Pennzoil conventional is the same price (on sale at WM) as a single quart bottle of RP.
Exact same applies for why I don't buy M1, Syntec, etc.
PP and PU are so loved here because they are often on sale for awesome prices and they do a great job.
The oil I am running in my wagon may not be a huge brand name, but it was $15 for a 5 litre jug during boxing week, and that is an astonishingly good price in Canada for syn oil. That is why I am using it!
