After seeing this I agree something was off with my previous UOA...

There's more to the add pack then just what an elemental analysis will show.

Ever see an Amsoil voa?
 
I'm pretty sure Amsoil has normal add packs, too. Not to mention, 3000 or so ppm of Calcium, right? This is just ridiculously low on additives. Gotta be a mistake at the lab.
 
I believe the numbers. This sample shows that boron has been almost if not eliminated, and a large increase /substitution of magnesium, moly I think is down from previous formulas also. RP has always used organic EP and dispersant agents, which they tout as the synerlec additive, and has been long known for its' propensity for viscosity shearing. Despite the shearing, and low readings on metallics, it shows high TBN and holds that TBN fairly well.
