Road trip fuel economy predictions?

Colorado Springs? Check out the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. It's built on the shoulder of Cheyenne Mountain, so you park in their lot and then walk up an easy grade path to see all the natural-style enclosures for the animals. Their Wolf Woods was great: a theater-like enclosure with a one-way glass looking up the mountain at the zoo's wolf pack. They range around and do cool wolf things, all without knowing you're watching them. http://www.pikes-peak.com/attractions/cheyenne-mountain-zoo/

I'll bet the kids would like this, too: http://www.pikes-peak.com/attractions/north-pole-santas-workshop/

As for predicting your fuel economy, I wouldn't even try; there are too many variables. You probably will get the best mileage of any heavily-loaded Suburban on the road this summer, though.
