RIP Sir Sean Connery.

Bond. James Bond.

R.I.P. Sean Connery.

btw: PimTac you beat me to it by 28 minutes. Touche.. lol.

Darn, can this year get any worse?! I recall going to a then new Showcase Cinema in the mid 60's with my Dad in Lawrence that featured James Bond, 007 in "Thunderball" and also " "HELP!" starring those four Brit mop tops. I'll have to pull out my Submariner and wear it the rest of the year.
Being a Scot, this is a sad day indeed. - Ken

Never really liked the Bond franchise, but Connery was in many other good movies and I am sad to see him go. Just saying.

He introduced me and indeed the world to the most famous number of them all. I was about 8 years old watching the late, late movie and saw him portray Bond, James Bond in Dr. No.

He was simply the best. RIP good sir and godspeed.

2020 continues to be a most unkind year...
