From a current thread at GarageJournal. Leaves me speechless. No indication that there are supplemental jack stands.

I have a set of those ramps, and while they seem sturdy... they don't see THAT sturdy.

Amazing/stupid is absolutely correct.

Wow.

OMG. And look at the lady on the right looking at the cameraman so serenely, as if she's seen this all the time.

Photoshop?

No that's what he's doing. He's taking the wheel off.

wow. So much is wrong with that I have to think it is photoshopped. Unfortunately it is probably real.

How would she know those ramps are only rated at around 4000 pounds or so? She wouldn't

I'm going with photoshop. The shadow of the bus/RV is much too narrow. It looks like it's being cast directly downward but you can see the other side.

It's still funny though.

He's taking the wheel off from the inside? LOL

I doubt this is real, my vote says photoshopped.

I agree. The angle of the wheel does not seem possible.

Also, the bus is flat as if the rear wheels are also up!

No, look again. The reason for that is the suspension in that corner is compressed, if only that wheel is jacked up, it will look like that. It's identical to this, but on a much smaller scale. Also, he could be working on brakes or steering or suspension. It wouldn't make sense to try to remove the wheel while that wheel is on a ramp, now would it?

He is working on the suspension or other components behind the wheel, that's why its turned so he can get in there. unfortunately if that ramp shifts or fails in some way, he is dead or severely paralyzed....
