4 new vehicles from 1993 to 2022 and all the dealer license plate frames ended up at the trash to energy incinerator. They don't pay me or discount the price of the vehicle for me to give them free advertising. If there were dealer decals I would told them the same like most posts, remove them before I sign.

One of these days I will get around to it. Two years and counting with the dealership plate frames. Just hasn't risen to the top of the to do pile.
Specifically, the Goo Gone Automotive. Used it very recently to easily remove two bumper stickers from a car I inherited for my daughter.
I heat up those vinyl ones and have my wife pick gently at it with her fingernails. 
Then WD-40 if any residue.
