regarding SP III auto trans fluid

Have a question & hope someone can help me out there. I bought a used Kia Rio 03 about a mo. ago and would like to give it a transmission fluid change. The manual states to use SP III fluid only. Castrol Import M/V, Valvoline Max-Life D/M, & Pennzoil M/V ATF fluids state that they meet these specs. Anyone out there know if these are safe to use or not. Thanks

If they say they meet the specs, then they are safe to use.

thanks for the reply hammer. I didn't think companies like Castrol, or valovline would risk their reputation but you never know. Anyway thanks again and guess I'll use Castrol.
