I read somewhere that the initial Redline fuel treatment for a full size cruising bike is 4 ounces. I wanted to check with the forum members to confirm this. It is not my motorcycle it belongs to a co-worker. I told him I would give him a bottle of Redline SI-1 fuel treatment for picking up 3 jugs of PU and 10 qts of PU on clearance at his local wal-mart for me. So if 4 ounces is not correct please advise me. It is newer Yamaha cruiser. Big bike. Thanks.

That's what Redline's websites says, however, in reality, I think it would depend on the size of the tank. You probably want it to be somewhere around 1 oz per each gallon of fuel.

^^ thats what I would do those bikes only hold no more than 2 gallons. One bottle of that stuff should last you all summer for your bike!

I think the 15oz bottle treats up to 20 gallon, so it should be around 0.75 oz /gallon.
