BuickGN- I would stick to the D4 in your acura. It took care of pretty much all of the common gear whine in my 99 TL. The high temp ATF is not spec'd for Z-1 and it has a viscosity of 10 as opposed to the 7.5 of D4. I can see this giving you shifting issues. Plenty of acura and honda guys use the D4 and love it, especially for track duty.
