Redline held up better, the Castrol dealer oil above allowed fuel dilute to affect the engine by declining CC seal.
Insolubles is affected by fuel washout so it is much higher than that shows. Much more bearing wear going on here.
TBN retention, some engines and conditions affect TBN in RL worse than others, meaning the add pack is fighting oxidation issues and using itself up to control, the basic chemistry has a natural TBN capability and so if BKlabs is showing 0 the oil is still in say a 2.5 to 3 unit level by dexil standards, peculiar to this formula. LC usage helps with this issue greatly.
