Amsoil Signature is a great 0W-30 and is $8.15 / qt or $31.90 / gal with Amsoil prefered customer pricing through Pablo. The OC is from Texas. If he lives near Dallas and is an Amsoil PC customer he can pick up at the Dallas Amsoil distribution center for free. If he doesn't live near Dallas shipping is not that expensive.
