Rear brake noise

Hi everyone,

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Diamante.

It has been making a squeaky noise from the rear brake(?) as if the rotor is warped.

It's speed dependent, so in parking lots (where I hear it most) it's squeak....squeak.... squeak...
Then when I go faster around 25mph its more like squeak squeak squeak.

I changed the brakes rotors and pads but the noise is still there so something must be bent or out of shape as I suspect it is the handbrake shoes that clamp on the inside of the brake rotor.

What could be the culprit?

Parking brake shoe clearance? You could try backing it off a little and see if it still makes noise.

But does this suggest something is out of round or bent back there?
