High pitched squeal after changing brakes, tight hardware?

I just replaced the rear pads and rotors on my 2012 Odyssey.
Index the rotors to hub at less than .001 in runout
Hubs cleaned of rust, and tiny bit of anti seize painted on.
Caliper brackets cleaned up with wire brush and screwdriver
Pads ears and backs lubed with silicone grease

I used raybestos element 3 pads and rotors.
Wife said that it sometime squeaks but not all the time.
Sure enough it seems to do it every time you brake with mild pressure when the car is almost stopped.
With very light pressure no noise.
and hard stop no noise either.

I took off the wheels and calipers again and it seems like the pads are tight going into the bracket.
It seems like the hardware that came with the pads is a little too big and binding a bit

Should just file down the pad?

Not my actual pad pic but I believe it is tight where the arrow is.

That was my experience with Raybestos as well with Element 3 pads, rotors and all-new calipers. The rear pads fit so tight as to barely be movable and the fronts were so bad that I would have literally had to hammer them in. Don't know if the hardware was undersized or the pad ears were too big, but OEM pads and hardware fit like a glove. YMMV

@Jetronic I should have mentioned it was on Kia Sportage ironically. OE Hyundai pads fell right into place no probs.

So the driver side rear the pads were perfectly fine. Just the slightest amount of drag going in and out.
Passenger side was really tight like you almost had to pry them off the rotors with a screwdriver.
I filed down the ears of the pads as well as the sides of the ears of the pads where the hardware pushed against them and got them down to the point where there was just a little bit of drag like the driver side.

Seems all good now.
