That was wise, this is a spam thread you will get barraged with calls and mailings now. Ask me how I know.

Only losers flip at BKI already had a hit on you. Pay attention man.
Fortunately for you, the hit quality I got for the buck-fifty-seven I had left after trying to emulate your day trading practices doesn't do much for yielding results.
Carry on.
How much was the home quote when compare to 2019?I got a call last night from a home builder asking if I would consider a new home requote....
I was very polite and asked if he had the original paperwork or file.
He said he did and then I asked if he had the date of the original inquiry. He put me on hold and after a few minutes he said I talked to Monica on January of 2019..... lol![]()
Of course that was true but I went with another builder and sold it the following year as it was on my lot...
They were busy and didn't care then and the upgrade fees approached the cost of the house's base price....geez....
Times must be rough
We didn't go there after they realized the lot was gone and it was so long ago...How much was the home quote when compare to 2019?
I would have not mentioned that part, just to get the quote for comparison purposes. We didn't go there after they realized the lot was gone and it was so long ago...
I understand but I had no business with them and wanted not to waste their time or mine... if it was half price that shipped sailed...I would have not mentioned that part, just to get the quote for comparison purposes.
They called again $50k off of options and pay closing cost .I would have not mentioned that part, just to get the quote for comparison purposes.

Counties in FL can only break the cap, ie.. as his example is for Gainesville, if a super majority vote for it. In Gainesville, the largest property owner is the University of Florida, so it is tax exempt. This is not new and anyone moving there knows this. It has always been very high.
Browards tax rate is increasing due to property sales. FL save our homes act limits homestead property increases to 3% per year, period the end. If its not your primary residence, thats too bad. Once the home is bought and sold, the value readjusts. If its a vacation home, then its subject to whatever the tax rate is.
I have been involved with State and local government for over 30 yrs. As much as I like Ron Desantis, we will never, ever eliminate property taxes because we DO NOT have a state income tax. There are no additional revenue generators like front license plates, vehicle inspections, etc to pay for services. Most of FL sales tax is 6.5 to 7%. Thats it, the end. So do your own math. I can get into how property tax is calculated but it would take too long.
Home values can also be contested when it re-adjusts. Any competent agent will tell you about this and most county tax assesors even have calculators built into their site so this should never be a surprise. If you have a mortgage on your home, they will pre-bill you for taxes so you know what the projected amount will be at closing.
I don’t ever see that either...I have to call BS on this video.
