Ain't that neat? I thought the same thing..You make up for it in reasonable HOA fees.

I'm looking for the video. Is the $3.1M place on the water? It appears to be priced like a intracoastal lot ready for a teardown.
Most likely but I don't remember that shown...Is the $3.1M place on the water? It appears to be priced like a intracoastal lot ready for a teardown.
Yes. Mostly in Maryland as I still run a business.Nice house.
Do you live in Florida part time ?
The sliding glass doors in the back are just as bad, if not worse. For the money it's a decent deal for someone that likes the area. Relatively cheap.
The front door I'd
replace right away. I'm not a security zealot by any means but that looks really weak.. go to 5:55 in..
Yeah I saw a new house yesterday with a regular door and the realtor apologized. The sliding glass doors in the back are just as bad, if not worse.
That front door looks very weak and inappropriate. I guess I'd have to see it in person. It's a no for meThe sliding glass doors in the back are just as bad, if not worse.
I wouldn't own a house with sliding glass doors. I'd have to have it taken out and infilled with wall and a normal exterior door.Yeah I saw a new house yesterday with a regular door and the realtor apologized.
Most are setup for a pool and to watch the kids, pets etc.I wouldn't own a house with sliding glass doors. I'd have to have it taken out and infilled with wall and a normal exterior door.
So you have a sliding glass door that goes out to a non-existant deck, as in watch out for that first step? Most are setup for a pool and to watch the kids, pets etc.
I'm not a fan but I do get the concept.
I have one at my house on the 2nd story. It's kept with the blinds closed for 25 years.
I never use it and it goes to the deck. No more decks either.
