Frankly I couldn't care less why you came to bitog. Obviously my experience is not the same, and as noted, thankfully only person here I must please for my vehicles is me. I continue to be very satisfied with the results of installation and (main topic) rotors. Unless my diy experience tells me different, I'll continue to do the same.

most rotors are cast in China but quality can vary. for brakes i prefer to have better quality + can say theres more that meets the eye to rotor quality. rotor metallurgy can't be seen but its why some last + brake better + others do not. cheap is not usually good + better is not usually cheaper IMO!!! if you DIY it labor is free + earlier replacements matter less.

Got them from RockAuto. The RPT seems like a quality rotor. Comparing it side by side with the OEM. It was as heavy as the OEM. It was slightly thinner vs the OEM. The vanes were nice also. Now only time can tell how soon it will rust.
