Champion Labs does not manufacture Fram or Bosch
No one asked what Champion Labs manufactures, the OP asked for opinions on the lineup of the filters available at his local AutoZone.

If you are wanting to go with longer change intervals i would go with the Mobil 1 first then K&N, if you are just wanting a good quality conventional filter, STP and AC Delco are good choices.
Honestly, I'm getting a little sick of seeing the Champion Labs advertisements. There are plenty of people here representing a product they have an interest in (such as our Amsoil representatives) who are fully capable of giving an unbiased opinion, even if it is not endorsing their product. If your only aim is to advertise Champion Labs products, you're doing a dang fine job. If you wish your advice to be taken seriously however, you might want to follow the examples of the above folks I listed. Either way, I'm at least glad you've stopped slamming the competition with facts you can't back up.
I will now digress back to the original topic. For a 5k OCI I recommend:
1) Bosch Premium (excellent filter- not quite as good as the Mobil 1, but will return fantastic results for 5K)
2) AC Delco (also a great filter for the $$)
3) STP (not much different from a Delco, IMO, so buy whichever is cheaper if you go this route)
4) Mobil 1 (great filter but overkill for your application)
5) K&N (also great filter but overkill for your application)
6) Fram (don't pay nearly Bosch prices for something that should cost much less)
Of course, any of these filters will do a great job for what you want them to do. I just put them in the order I would buy them in for a 5k OCI. If I were to run longer, the order would be much different.
