The more expensive the blade, the worse it's worked for me. We use the Bosch premium $19.99 blades at work because we have to. They last maybe 3-4 months before they're chattering again, and it's back to Firestone Complete Auto Care for another $40's worth of Bosch blades.
I've come to use only OEM blades/inserts on my vehicles. Our CR-V has the OEM Matsuba-branded inserts and I haven't changed them since I bought the car, which is closing in on two years ago (though they are getting due). I just replaced the inserts on our MDX this winter, and we bought it in November of 2010.
For aftermarket blades that I've used in the past, I've had the best luck with the cheap Michelin blades or the cheap Anco blades. But neither comes close to the OEM rubber.
