Instead of having the truck towed why not change the oil at home? Run a couple of quick oil flushes with cheap oil.

If he used a fiber-based stop-leak, I guarantee that won't be enough. The oil pickup screen will have to be physically cleaned. Probably it needs to be removed from the bottom of the block and back-flushed with water to get as much as possible off the screen.
