R/P in a Olds 455

I recently put Royal Purple 10w-40 in my 70 Olds 442 with a rebuilt and warmed over 455. The rebuild has about 1,000 miles on it. The engine seems quieter with the Royal Purple. Oil pressure is about the same as the Rotella 15w40 I was running. It has a NAPA Gold oil filter.

Should work fine, although IIRC the spec vis is 10w30.
