A friend of mine is having trouble downloading and installing the free amazon Prime music for PC app/program on her new Win 10 desktop.

She gets error message saying "wrong OS".
EDIT: ok now she says it was "something like that but can't be sure of wording"
(some amazon ppl listed "certificate not valid" error - friend says it *could* have been that; again, not sure.

I looked and most consumer comments on amazon say it does work on W10 but a few say they have trouble getting it to work.
Cannot find anything on the web saying it is not compatible with W10.
Amazon page lists req as "XP and higher" ...

Does anyone here use it with Win10 ?
what could be the problem my friend is having ?

(I have only win 7 laptops at home so cannot verify)

Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the late response, and Thanks! for all the replies.

She is trying to install it from the a different link than the one wkcars listed above; I had already sent her the same link wkcars provided, as i found the other one a bit weird, where one had to add it to cart, etc.

She had no previous versions of the player on her desktop; it's a brand new DT and she's installing for the 1st time.

I haven't had a chance to ask her if she had success with the link I sent, which is the same one wkcars posted above.
I have sent her a text asking how it went. I know she was out of town for a few days so perhaps she didn't get a chance to re-attempt.

Will update if/when she replies.

Thanks again for the tips.
