Those who do their own work will almost always change their own oil while those driving new Jags will take them to the dealer for service and probably enjoy some period of free maintenance as well.
The average oil change location will offer a bulk oil that suits most cars and will charge more for bottles of oil for the 5% of the cars out there requiring something more.
Nothing sinister about that.
