Quick oil analysis question.

I'm not sure this is the right forum to ask but anyhow. I got a Blackstone oil analysis kit about 3 weeks ago, changed my oil about 2 weeks ago so the kit has been sitting on my desk for 2 weeks now. I had lost my wallet and ironically ran out of checks so I had no way to send the kit back to them with any kind of payment. Would it still be ok for me to send it in or should I wait till my next oil change? Blackstone is obviously closed today so I'm just looking to see what you guys think. Thanks.

Send it in. I would say if it sat for more than 6 months, I would question it. But 2 weeks is fine, it shouldn't affect anything.

It's no problem if it was sealed. Blackstone's directions actually specifically mention that.
