Maybe this guy needs money quick, he's a normal guy and new dad.

He's selling a Marlin 22 AND a Mossberg 500a both for $275 total, good deal?!?!

as long as they are both functional and need no repairs, that's a fair price. is that shotgun factory camo or is that a at home paint job ?

youd get $75 to $100 if you were lucky on trade in on the .22 and assuming its clean about the same on the shotgun. So he's asking just a bit more than dealer trade in value. (clean trade ins) honestly probably closer to the $70-$80 on trade in on that blued Rifle. Does he have more than one barrel for the shotgun ?

Factory camo. Called a not quite local gun shop and they tried to sell me a Remington 570 for about $240 "with warranty peace of mind". Heck I've never had anything " go wrong" with a shotgun. He said basically the Mossberg part of the deal is $200 which is a "fair" but not great deal. Hmm, I thought it was pretty good. Guess I was wrong. Anyone else's thoughts?

28inch accuchoke barrel. Worth 200? Plus a fair $75 for the marlin 22?

I know somebody but currently he is behind the bar for killing 9 people. When he comes out, he will contact you.

Yes, BITOG allows gun sales now :-(

What are you talking about? You're not making any sense. Seems if someone killed 9 people and he's getting back out on the street, it's the criminal justice that needs fixing not banning the discussion of gun sales on BITOG.

Good place to get an idea of asking prices.

Have gunbroker prices returned to normal? Last time I checked, their prices were very high. Seemed to be a lot of folks that only wanted to sell if they could get a huge price for their wares.

adjust your meds.

I'd rather have a new Mossberg 500 for $300 than this deal for $275.

My 535 was $300 new. Cat tail/ swamp grass camo stock and 2 barrels.

Golly, where'd you get that ? New are like $360 with on bear real here.

Not sure you meant it towards this post of mine but.. I'm not selling any guns. I'm seeking advice in whether $200 is a good deal for a used Mossberg 500a camo with one barrel. And to this point I have some good responses and a few from Pluto on page #1 but that isn't unexpected.
