It says GTL on the SDS, and I'm not aware of any Grp III oil that boldly has 20k plastered on it but... 
Shell does have a history of delivering oils that outperform what you'd expect for the price in the QS line, QS Euro for example.
And the bottles are GREEN so that's a huge plus.

As long as the saturates, sulfur levels and VI meet the interchange requirements for a Group III base any blender can use any stock they wish. A good example is when Pennzoil yellow bottle was likely GTL and this wasn’t noted anywhere.
