Quaker State Small engine HD 30wt oil

While at mendards I saw this oil for the OPE. I decided to investigate since I'm getting a brand new self propelled mower. I cant find very much information except that it is SL, SJ, SH for OPE. It is a straight 30wt, which during the summer would be ok. I did some research and all i can find is the msds as of right now. It says it has a flash point of 400C or 752F. What kind of base oils could this be using?!!

Anyone ever use this oil before?

I've been using the Pennzoil version for a few years now...runs great in my Honda mower and Briggs/Stratton generator.

I imagine its the same stuff but don't know for sure.

i use the pennzoil also but on the new shop snow blower i use Quaker State Ultimate Durability 5w30 because they like the syn

According to the Shell website, there is no TDS for the Quaker State version. Weird...

And comparing the MSDS for each, they do not appear to be the same base oil. The flashpoints are way off...
