7,500 to 10,000 miles depending whether you do top ups or not. Fresh oil does well at extending an OCI

I use synthetic oil in the winter the rest of the year I use conventional oil.

Then run it all winter without worry.

5000-7500 miles. Don't go beyond 7.5k without a uoa. If your engine capacity is only 2.9 quarts, you definetly need a UOA.
