Many who cut their filters noticed an alarming number of media failures in Purolator oil filters relative to other brands of oil filters cut with photos posted.
That's valid enough for most members to avoid using Purolator oil filters.
Purolator has thus far denied that there's any problem.
The first step in correcting a problem is to acknowledge its existance.
Purolator hasn't gotten there yet, nor have you.
Maybe it's time for you and your fellow trolls to recognize reality after being smacked in the face with it numerous times.
so send in your oil filter to the manufacturer for professional analysis. or cut it open, stare at the mess, enjoy having no legal recourse, and whine on an internet forum.
