Decided to add this filter to my cart when ordering stuff on amazon as it was $4.50 and wanted to try it.

ST made in US, Purolator made in Poland, Hengst made in Germany. The opening on the Purolator is larger and there is no felt.

ST is an ecore

Hengst does not have a cage

I have used the ST and Hengst w no issues. Your thoughts on the Purolator?

Rubber gasket on the Purolator feels better than the felt on the other ones but i belive all works well.
The Purolator posted here doesn't look to have a rubber gasket ... looks like a hard plastic raised rim where the others have the felt gasket.

Maybe just the e-core cage that fools my eyes. Looked just like a rubber O-ring inside the raised rim
It does look like an O-ring, but I think it's the end of the eCore center tube. Think this Purolator just "seals" on the hard plastic raised rim around the center hole.
