What is the price on these? If they are selling them around same price as the Supertechs (or even a $1 or two more,) maybe? Doesn't look like anything special except the silicone ADBV. That wouldn't matter to me in my Mazdas as the OEM doesn't even have an ADBV.

They're not at my local Walmarts yet (I stopped at two of them.)

Since you can get a premium guard extended for that or less in bulk (typically $5)..........these are a hard no.

If buying local, go to O'reilly and get a MicroGuard select, etc.

Had they priced these at around $5, maybe, but priced out of contention in my opinion.

I don't get Walmart sometimes. The MP line of Supertech filters was pretty good, and like $6.99? Far better than these in my opinion. If Supertech stopped the MP line due to sales, not sure how they think these will perform.,.......

The price is not bad for what it is. $8-10 would probably sell a lot more than $13 FE filter. However I'm too disappointed in all the hype. I'm taking a wild guess that its 30 microns ish @ 99% like its M1 twin.

I don't buy Purolators as like others here I have my favorites. I would have no problem using this at all. I may buy one to do a c&p on just to see how it holds up.

I remember buying my first 10K PG. and like a fool I was constantly crawling under the vehicle to see if it was leaking or if it burst...my initial voyage was 16 hrs straight to Florida...lol. Never an issue....
