Purolator Boss 14612 on a Mazda CX-50 seems to be longer than the factory PE01 14 302B?

I did my first oil change on a 2025 Mazda CX-50 today using a Purolator Boss 14612 filter. I noticed the Purolator filter was actually a bit longer than the factory oil filter. Has anyone else used 14612 oil filter on a CX-50 and noticed the same?

if you have turbo engine, stick with OEM filter.
