Purolator Advanced Filtration

Came across this website ... it's Purolator Advanced Filtration. Not really everyday car filters, but high tech industrial filtration. I found it pretty interesting on some of the high tech filters this division of Purolator is in to. Browse around and you'll see some pretty high tech filtration technology. We used 3M throw away filters and media screen in the ahu's upon startup. Permanent filters were Purolator. We changed them once a month for 12 months. (Warranty) After that the owner was responsible.
I did a Federal building job where the ahu was in the penthouse and was one coil (12'X50'). The chilled water piping was 8" supply and return. The amount of filters in its rack was an un-Godly amount! (I think it was almost 300) The supply duct work was one 84" spiral duct. The ahu condensate drain was 4".
That was a monster ahu providing HVAC to a 10 story building.
