I knew someone from Ohio would be the first to do this. Because they're so awesome. That's just how it is sometimes.

How are you going to deal with what it doesn't show?

That's a good thing.

My favorite scene! That character is just amazing

I'm going to bet that the VOA opens up more questions than it will answers. Too many things that analysis doesn't show.

I was about to ask what we might see. Info on wear metals is useless as would particle counts. You'd find out how much moly is in there, and you'd get boron, calcium and sodium levels. So, you'll get hints about the add packs and almost nothing about the base oils.

Is this right, or am I missing something?

I'm already crying on the inside. LOL. I'm not even a Mobil fan. But I'm just curious. But it needs to be done, and be done so it shall.

I do really feel this oil is in Mobil's eyes a shot against Amsoil itself. But I guess only time will tell for sure. I still think it is a poor decision price wise especially in Walmart. I took a marker and marked small spots on the bottoms of all of the front bottles on the shelf for AP about the time it first hit Walmart.....And they are all still there...minus the one quart I so haphazardly decided to acquire....

If they're trying to compete with Amsoil, then they'll have to be as forthcoming about their oil as Amsoil is. And, they'll have to provide as much test data as Amsoil does. Amsoil caters to the oil enthusiasts whereas Mobil says "The details are proprietary, but, trust us, it's really good oil."

They're trying to put different spins on M1 Extended Performance and M1 Annual Protection, but the only difference is:

M1 Extended Performance +5,000 miles + $25 = M1 Annual Protection
