Car has almost 68,000 miles on it.

I don't know what oil it has seen most of it's life but I have been using Mobil 1 since I bought it last year.

Nice... Which year & engine?

I have an '06 LS2 w/42k miles & bought it in the SF Bay area.

WOW. Now that's clean. Clearly someone believed in regular oil changes there. Almost clean enough to eat off of, not that I'd suggest that.

Oh, what the heck... Drop a handful of Captain Crunch over those rocker arms and go for it! Sans spoon.

Now, we gotta see the rest of the car.

Here's mine with the Supercharger:

Thats one of the cleanest engines I've seen. But with only 68k that does not surprise me. Wonder if the previous owner used M1 every 3k as the dealer probably recommended?!

Nice pic!

Do you get any tire rub on top of the wheel well? I get a little on 18" rims.

I see a spec of dirt at the bottom of the valve spring. I would disassemble everything and ultrasonically clean all parts and then avoid starting the engine in the future and it will stay super clean.

Stock LS6/LS2 springs... they look trick huh?

I should have a UOA of this last oil batch in the next two days. Two techron treatments, one seafoam and ~70 track passes and a bit over 4000 miles on the M1.

That should be an interesting UOA!

What's your HP/TQ? I'm at 500 rwhp 494 rwtq.

Mods?

My info/mods:

- Amsoil Z-Rod 10w-30 + Lubro-Moly MOS2 + NAPA Platinum Filter
- Maggie 112 Supercharger @ 7psi
- JBA shorty Headers, Corsa X-pipe, Borla XR1 mufflers and 4in Borla tips
- Tuned at West Coast GM Performance
- Billet Pro shifter
- Full Pedders Suspension
- 18 in Boyd Coddington rims

My car has basic bolt ons and makes 371rwhp and 389rwtq. I'll post the UOA as soon as Blackstone sends it (should be tomorrow or Friday). How do you like that Amsoil 10w-30, is it a special blend for high horsepower vehicles?
