Just throwing this out there. I"m thinking SOPUS would have gotten a lot more bites with PU as an oil for high mileage vehicles. I honestly did not feel there was a huge difference between PU and PP marketing or pricewise and was really stumped as to why WM actually carried both. Somebody also mentioned that Pennzoil's high mileage oil wasn't synthetic or even a blend like the other brands. I think if they tweaked the PU formula to be better for high mileage vehicles and marketed it as such, we probably would not be rushing around all the WM's trying to buy PU on clearance. Just my thinking.
