Yeah, if you buy the MFR PGXXXXEX filter for your car on RockAuto, it will probably be a Pronto (manufactured by Premium Guard for the win.)

IMO, not at all if they are built well. I was trying to highlight the point that these cheaper filters are built better than the more expensive ones.
