A savory filling with onions, smoked ham, kale, sauerkraut and sour cream, wrapped in potato dough, brushed with butter, and baked in the oven. That's half of one strudel. I tore it a bit open so you can see the filling. I also like a Brussels spouts and cheese filling but you can really put anything in there you like. The potato dough is made with potatoes, a bit flour, some egg, rosemary, nutmeg, and salt. A lager goes well this.
